Once you place an order, you should receive an automated confirmation email from email@example.com with your order details. Near the bottom of the email there's a link to "Order Lookup". This will take you to a page where you can update your payment information, update your billing address, and check the status of your order. If you would like to cancel your order or make a change that you can't make in Order Lookup, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to reference your order number in your message. You can find your order number in the subject line of the confirmation message, as well as on the Order Lookup page.
All domestic orders ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail Parcel or Priority Mail 2-Day. International orders ship via USPS First Class International. Once the backlog of pre-orders have all been shipped, most orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
If you think your order should have already arrived and hasn't there are a few things you can check before contacting us. First find the order confirmation email and click "Order Lookup". On the "Order Lookup" page you can check the fulfillment status. If this shows that your order has been fulfilled, check your email for an automated shipping confirmation. If you've received this email, you will be able to track shipping progress via the United States Postal Service website. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, or if there appears to be an issue with shipping/delivery, send us a message at email@example.com. Be sure to reference your order number in your message. You can find your order number in the subject line of the confirmation message, as well as on the Order Lookup page.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return your product following the process below. Send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include proof of purchase, the address that you will be shipping from, and if you still have the original packaging. We'll provide you with a return authorization, shipping label, and packing instructions. The returned items must be received by Jolt within 14 days of the return authorization issue date. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
